I run retreats for Anxiety and Depression in the United Kingdom and JJ is always my first choice for a yoga teacher.

I originally met JJ on his business coaching retreat in Italy and I enjoyed the yoga and JJ’s approach, encompassing spirituality into his sessions, so much that he was the perfect option to complement my work as a psychotherapist.

JJ also runs workshops on spirituality for my clients helping them to connect with their authenticity and inner calm and provides user friendly meditations and yoga sessions for them to use ongoing supporting their recovery journeys.

JJ Retreat & Workshop Curriculum

Since 2015 I’ve organised with my husband, Carl Brooks over 15 business retreats in stunning Tuscany in Italy and also in beautiful secluded areas of Johannesburg & Cape Town in South Africa. Vanessa Wallace from Crystal Clear Retreats flew me multiple times over from the Netherlands to various stunning venues in the UK to teach spirituality, yoga & meditation at the Anxiety & Depression Recovery Retreat. In The Netherlands I’ve (guest) hosted many workshops and yoga classes.
