Since a couple of weeks on Monday morning at 8am UK time (9am CET) I am on a Facebook live with my partner Vanessa Wallace of Chrystal Clear Retreats.
Vanessa & I have
a common goal
to help & support
people who suffer from
depression & anxiety,
from mild to severe.
I met Vanessa in Tuscany back in 2017 on a business retreat called Wealthy Coach Retreat, that I organise with my husband Carl and something just clicked between us.
I remember Vanessa being in awe of the whole spiritual side that I brought to the curriculum, and it resonated so much with her that she wanted me as a teacher at her retreats.
So from early 2018
I’ve been helping & supporting
these wonderful people who suffer
from depression & anxiety.
And of course since the corona crisis hit, we’ve transformed the teachings online, we’ve done some workshop and even did one of our retreats online, what was a great success and we’ve just booked the next one for September 2020… Yeah Vanessa..Whoop whoop!
Our next online workshop is on the 5th of July and that’s what last Monday’s Facebook live was about.
What do you do when you’re in a mild or severe panic attack? When there’s no way to reason with YOU, how on earth are you able to ground yourself & calm down?
The next meditation is an emergency anxiety relief meditation and even if you don’t suffer from anxiety it’ll crack open some tension or relatable stress.
I’m going to use my STOP-method
1. Slow down
2. Take a Breath
3. Observe with compassion
4. Pursue with conviction
So let’s meditate together and deal with the mind where anxiety resonates from.
