The world is busy and all stimuli lead to overstimulation. We need time to process all impressions, but unfortunately we don’t give ourselves time for that. The outcome is stress, overwhelm, discontent, and even disease.
Isn’t it silly that we just don’t take the time to process what we take in? Yes, we go clubbing, do sports or have some hobby to spend our free time, but what about sitting in silence, so that you truly can reset and recharge? Do you take the time to do that?

There used to be a time when I couldn’t cope with silence. I always had the tv on when I was at home. Silence just made me uncomfortable & made the surroundings awkward, but since I use the meditation technique that we’re going to cover today, I’ve grown accustomed to silence. Silence has become a good friend.
When you welcome
silence in your life,
you can process
what you’ve taken in
and you’re able to
reset & recharge.
So what’s happening with today’s meditation? I’m going to lead you in and like last Wednesday with the Mind Training Meditation we’re going to use the breath as our focus point. Then you’re going to focus on the ‘in between’ of your breath.
inhalation and exhalation
is perceived as
a space of silence.
You’re going to focus on this space in between the breaths, sit with it, welcome it and get acquainted with silence.
The more you get comfortable with this stillness the more of a clearer view you’ll get, and clarity makes us make better choices, and therefor you’ll feel better. Again it’s a win-win situation.
