The moment between the inhalation and exhalation is perceived as a space of silence. Use this as a focus point in your meditation and you’ll feel the benefits immediately. It’ll release worry, stress and anxiety straight away. Focus on the in between and you’ll get a clearer view on life, giving you the option to make more authentic decisions.
