There’s so much stuff that’s blocking YOU from shining your true Self; shame, blame, jealousy and anger are just a few that are reasons of clutter.
Ego or our mind-voice is trying to convince us: “I’m not good enough, I’m unworthy, you need to have this diploma or else you’re not entitled to feel good, you are a failure and everyone will notice some day, you are a fraud.”
These negative thoughts,
beliefs and patterns
are all distractions
that originate from fear.
And when you give charge to these thoughts they turn into feelings, what are feelings of resentment, jealousy, disappointment and anger that also distract you from seeing the bigger picture.
Feelings of anxiety & depression
are all distracting you
from being YOU
So how to deal with this? Well, I can tell you how I deal with these distractions, and it helped me recover from depression and even addictions.
You want to implement a daily moment of me-time. What is that? It’s one moment a day where you sit in a spot and you make this spot holy. There’s no fear allowed at this spot.
It might sound unreal and childish,
but that’s just your fearful ego
judging this and therefore distracting you
from even trying to be the true YOU.
I still suffer from distractions and I know many others do too, but these daily moments help me to stay sane and see beyond the fear & distractions. There’s a world that tells you that you’re worthy and fabulous and good enough.
Without fear distracting you,
how perfect you are
and how grateful
you need to be.
