Wanting something really bad, praying for it, working hard for it, we’re all guilty of it.
The deadline is coming and the desired outcome is still far out of sight.
That’s a perfect spot for frustration, worry, stress and any anxiety to rise to the surface.
In this meditation I’ll help you to let go of the desired outcome and clear the way of worry and stress.
You’ll be able to clear your energy so you’ll be able to notice the signs the universe is throwing at you.

JJ do I have to be in a quite place when meditating?
Beautiful Lebogang. What an awesome question! I would advice especially when you’re a beginner of meditation to have the least amount of distractions possible. This means phones off, close doors, inform people in the house that you need some minutes by yourself. But sometimes this isn’t possible or there are noises around you that you can’t control. Let this be! Remember that meditation is not about the perfect environment. It’s about the consistent practice, so you need to be able to do it whenever wherever.
Deepak Chopra told a great story about this. He was meditating with a friend when suddenly there was a lot of noise outside. His friend stood up to close the window. Deepak said: “What are you doing?” “I’m closing the window because of the noise” his friend said. “Leave it open, it’s part of your mediation practice today!” Hope this helps you Lebogang.
