How to choose peace in uncertain times comes down to your choices. During my recovery & spiritual journey I learned that there are two ways you can act.
You can choose to act
from a place of fear
or you can choose
a loving respons.
In uncertain times this works exactly the same. You cannot rectify fearful & negative behaviour, just because the times are uncertain.
Of course you can show compassion & understanding, but YOU (and I’m not talking about others) are still not a victim and you still have the responsibility to choose accordingly.
So the core message of all my work is that you have a voice of the mind that resonates from fear & you have a loving-voice that resonates with the heart.
Stay aware of
these two voices
AND practice to be
IN THE MOMENT
so you can choose love.
That’s my message to you.
With today’s mediations I want to lead you to your heart. Allow it to open up and remind yourself that there’s the center of good and all-knowing. And that center will support you in choosing love. It won’t always be easy to choose love. It takes more effort to choose love instead of fear, but the effect will be very rewarding and creates peace.
Therefore the title of this meditation is “In this moment I choose Peace.”
I also bundled last weeks meditations into a professional audio album called; Meditations for Uncertain Times. If you’re interested click here.
