Corona, that name isn’t just a beer brand anymore. It’s now a virus, and it also represents an unprecedented time now. It’s not something you read in a history book, no you experience it. We are living it! And because of this virus we need to adjust our lifestyle to it.
Adjusting is for some
easier than for others,
but we all need to deal
with our emotions
of coping with this.
Thankfully it is on a global scale and it doesn’t discriminate. We are all affected. And again my heart goes out to the one who are sick, who lost a loved one, or who are not able to protect themselves like I can.
But fact is
this virus is real
and you need
to accept that.
Now in my spiritual journey I learned that acceptance can change how you look at things. The moment when you accept a situation, a person or a feeling, is when the negative charge fades away and you can deal with the situation and move on.
Everything that you first labeled as negative and that you resist becomes meaningful, when you accept it as part of the moment. You become aware of this when your mind stops the discussion with what’s real.
And accepting of what is can be quite difficult, because it hurts. You need to detach. You have to say goodbye to the dreams and illusions of your mind, plus you have to give up your fear of losing control, but I can tell you that behind that fear lies immens room for growth and change.
So let’s mediate together and explore How To Stop Resistance & Accept What Is.
I also bundled last weeks meditations into a professional audio album called; Meditations for Uncertain Times. If you’re interested click here.
