My Life Coaching trajectory offers you a platform to practice awareness. The power of repetition enters here. Just like a dancer has to rehearse to master a choreography, you need rehearsal time to realign yourself with your sincere & loving Self.

What does a Coaching Trajectory look like?
Intake / Interview
We meet during a free intake interview online via Whatsapp, Skype or Zoom. You are unique and that includes a tailor-made coaching program. Based on what you struggle with and your unique lifestyle, we arrive at a number of objectives. We discuss the interventions, coaching and/or skills that are required for this. In my experience as a Stress, Burn-out & Life Coach or Counselor the goals remain, but the techniques and methods can change along the way.
Basic trajectory
If we agree to a collaboration, we schedule 6-8 appointments. The first takes normally one hour and after we can move on to meet online for half an hour every week. This does not have to be every week, if this is not convenient or necessary.
How long does a coaching program take?
Often a basic trajectory of 6-8 appointments is sufficient, otherwise you can always book extra.

After the death of my seriously ill partner, whom I cared for alone for 9 years, my pasts surfaced. I was physically, psychologically and sexually abused and was completely lost after his death. It was so bad that I was advised to follow EMDR therapy internally and was on the waiting list to be admitted. My head was spinning and I couldn’t sleep. I no longer knew who I was and clearly something had to be done and then my search for my own identity began. I started with yoga stress release that JJ gave and during the class there was so much emotion that I asked JJ for help. I wanted to learn how to meditate properly and JJ could help me with that and after that my beautiful adventure started with JJ. It was an intensive, instructive, battle between heart and head, very emotional but most beautiful journey ever to myself that I made together with JJ and how I encountered myself. Together with JJ I have worked hard on my recovery, with the result that after several intake interviews I no longer have to follow EMDR therapy, I no longer have flashbacks and I am back on my feet.
JJ you are my best gift ever. Your honesty, listening ear, your incredible love, your life experience, directing me well at the right time without passing judgement. Thanks to JJ and my hard work, I can enjoy life intensely again.
