There’s a universal source that created us all. Some call it, God, others name it differently, and whatever you choose to call it, this divinity resides inside of you as light.
I borrowed the next text from yoga teacher Tracey Stanley and she says:
“The divine resides inside of you as light—an eternal force of truth, knowledge, and action. Yoga Sutra 1:36 speaks of a light that exists in the heart space. This a light that is beyond all sorrow. It was there before you had a name and will be there when you no longer have a body. It is all knowing and unaffected by circumstances, conditions, or programming.”
Today I want us to meditate with this divine light, because wherever light is darkness cannot exist. So just think of the issues you are experiencing right now and allow that darkness – just for the next 10 – 15 minutes – to loose it’s influence and give yourself permission to bath in light & feel good.
So let’s meditate together with this Light Bath Meditation.
