How do I protect myself from negative energy?
A question that went to the top of my list after I became aware of the influences of fear. I came to the conclusion that my automatic pilot was making decisions without my consent.
I wasn’t having it,
I wanted answers.
But I was still in that space. The unsettling space that you know something is about to change, but you’re still in the dark on what it is. Well, thankfully I already build some hope and trust that I was on the right path. So I did just that! I kept the faith: worry wasn’t going to break me.
I knew I had to take care of myself, because as I’d learned: “ONLY I AM RESPONSIBLE for my wellbeing.”
I had to protect myself
and I knew it needed
to come from within me.
I discovered I liked to imagine stories during my meditations and over time I created a powerful way to armour myself against the influences of fear.
Visualising YOU ARE POWERFUL can do the trick. Visualising you’re protected will give you strength. “When I close my eyes and believe that I’m divinely protected I am.” I believe that! No fear can make me weak.
Doing this MAGNETIC FIELD MEDITATION for protection and resilience every morning provides me a shield that will take me through the day. I start with a full cup of energy, and I start the day with a smile on my face.

1 Observe without judgment
Get knowledge of the big and/or small things in your daily life that ONLY TAKE your energy. Use this inventory to rethink the purpose of this being part of your life.
2 Journal & Evaluate
Also write down the things that GIVE you energy and see wether you can get more of this in your daily life.
3. Meditate with JJ
I can tell you that many clients of mine who started this meditation feel the impact straight away. Open your mind and tap into the power of visualisation. You owe it to yourself to become aware of the influences of fear and act from that place of authenticity.
