Manifest Your Desires With The Power Of Imagination
What is Manifesting?
“I’m always skeptical when someone talks about manifesting.” – is a response I get when I speak about the law of attraction. Though when I ask them to try a simple practice for a week, the results are always wonderful.
In my opinion manifesting is choosing to believe in what you want to achieve, in the present moment.
For example, when you want to become more confident. Create moments in your day where you imagine yourself more confident. The more moments you shower yourself in that belief, the more your body will adjust, allow and eventually attract confidence.
I’m living proof that this is what happens. As a child I only wanted to achieve one thing: A professional dance career! The odds were not in my favour. My family and the entire village didn’t support my dream; in fact they appalled the idea and opposed it, big time!
So every free time I had, I would lock myself in my room and I would start to dance. Imagining a crowd cheering me on. Imagining colleagues standing next to me, dancing the same steps. Creating a world that I believed was out there for me. Choosing it to be real.
What I know for sure is that my self-belief was so powerful, that the universe created it for me. And I worked for it, so when the opportunity came forth, I saw and took it.
So humour me and spend a couple of moments a day imagining what you desire.
This weeks guided meditation will serve you with that task. Especially when you’re not satisfied with certain parts of your life it’s something you definitely need to try.
I challenge you to follow this weeks guided meditation daily (once or more) for 7 days. Believe you’re desires in those moments as if they’re already happening.

PS. One last tip! When resistance comes up, talk to it! Why is it interfering with your belief? Why does it want you to believe you can’t achieve your desires? Usually it’s just your fear that can’t handle change. Acknowledge the resistance, and manifest anyway. This weeks meditation will guide you through it.
