Yesterday I did an online anxiety recovery workshop with my fabulous partner Vanessa from the UK and it amazed me how many of us endure the same issues. At the end almost everyone shared how wonderful it was to have this like minded connection. I was so happy, because I felt the same way.

Today I want to address a feeling that is appropriate, now more than ever, what is loneliness.

In this lockdown due to the corona virus we can’t be social, we feel a distance, we feel lonely, and that is – of course – a great way for ego to swoop in and start to control our behaviour.

Now I know this meditation won’t make this virus go away, so you won’t be able to hug everyone, but it’ll cushion the blow, because it shows you that right in this moment there’s so much that supports you.

You are not alone.

Not on a physical level

or an energetic level.

You have many

many best friends

looking out for you,

right in this moment.

So Let’s Meditate together with a Meditation That Helps With Loneliness.

When you want to connect with me, please email me at hello@jjvanzon.com and if you have other people that you think can benefit from this daily meditations, like this Meditation That Helps With Loneliness, then please forward this video or connect them with me in any other way.

Remember that during this corona crisis I’ll be showing up for a daily live stream at 8am CET on my YouTube channel. You can subscribe to my channel by clicking here.

I wish you an amazing day, Be safe & (re)act with love
