Susan Jeffers wrote a bestseller ‘feel the fear & do it anyway,’ and when I read it I experienced many aha-moments.
Fear was entangled in my life in so many places and unconsciously I let it make important decisions. And the weird part was that I thought it was me.
I suffered from insomnia because I wasn’t able to silence the mind. I was fantasising on a loop events that happened earlier that day where I would be the hero instead of the loser. “Oh I should’ve done this.”
So when I started to ‘control my worry’ as it were and I became more confident as a result, the influence of fear started to fade.
So action truly is here to
counter fear and insecurity,
and therefore my motto is
I feel the fear
and do it anyway……
