During this Yoga Nidra you become aware of the energy that flows outside and within you. This awareness can bring about recovery. It is a reminder or a reset if you will that will energise you, so you’ll be flowing again.

- It is therapeutic, healing and you’ll get the results that your body, mind & spirit needs.
This yoga practice will be held on a mat. I encourage you to dress warm, have a blanket and/or a cushion ready to make yourself as comfortable as you need to be.
