Yoga Nidra Learning to Allow guided by JJ van Zon
Allowing is not the same as surrendering, so allow me to show you how!
A month ago I devoted a whole yoga class to this topic and it struck me how much resistance hangs in the air. Resisting the resistance, no matter if it is in a form of struggle, pain, disease, feeling, belief or other… keeps the cycle going.
‘Learning to Allow’ is a Yoga Nidra practice that’ll help you to create a moment where also the shadow side is allowed to be present, so you can see the bigger picture and process whatever needs to be processed.
- Yoga Nidra is also referred to as ‘sleep yoga’ because it works its wonders on an unconscious level.
- It is therapeutic, healing and you’ll get the results that your body, mind & spirit needs.
This yoga practice will be held on a mat. I encourage you to dress warm, have a blanket and/or a cushion ready to make yourself as comfortable as you need to be.
