Developing self-love has truly been the catalyst of my successful recovery, and therefore I cannot point strongly enough how important it is to work on self-love. If you suffer in general, this is where you need to start. Allow this Yoga Nidra to be the start of that beautiful journey or a tool that keeps you on track.
- Yoga Nidra is also referred to as ‘sleep yoga’ because it works its wonders on an unconscious level.
- It is therapeutic, healing and you’ll get the results that your body, mind & spirit needs.
This yoga practice will be held on a mat. I’ll prepare you into the pose, give you some more wise words from Louise Hay and then you’ll be guided through the five energy bodies (koshas). I encourage you to dress warm, have a blanket and/or a cushion ready to make yourself as comfortable as you need to be.
