Teaching an online Hatha & Meditation yoga class where I feel totally guided is just awesome, therefore I took a leap of faith with today’s meditation to recreate that magic by ad-lipping, and thankfully the spirits were with me, because it worked and this meditation came out exactly as I wanted it to be.
Unconsciously a lot of us are scared of the flow of nature, but as Abraham Hicks says:
The flow of wellbeing
is always there.
You are either
on it or not.
Your body has 72.000 energy streams, what in yogaland we call nadis, and in yin yogaland or qigong we call meridians.
It’s crucial for your health and strong mental state that you allow to be in the flow. And when you’re on it, it’s the art of being relaxed too.
That’s what this meditation is about. Yesterday I compared this experience with the magical carpet of Aladdin. You lay on it as it flows over mountains & land and you are fully relaxed.
