Sahasrara Chakra Meditation For Divine Unity

Anodea Judith, international chakra teacher explained that the Crown Chakra is THE ONE we need to focus on during this corona crisis, because this crisis is of a global scale it aligns with the energy of Sahasrara Chakra, therefore I created the Sahasrara Chakra Meditation For Divine Unity.

Yoga means union. In this society we’re so used to separate. We believe we are inferieur or superieur. Us-versus-them-thinking is what drives us away from the authentic core. It drives us away from the universal source that connects us all.

I believe that peace

comes with unity

and that is driven

by love, compassion,

truth & heart.

This corona crisis that we experience right now is something that will take us forward. Don’t get me wrong, I know how serious this is and my heart goes out to anyone who is affected, but it’s also very foolish when this is over to go forward where we left off.

People who are consumed

by ego won’t understand,

therefore it is upon

the light-workers to

set an example.

When you activate the crown chakra you are connected with that universal source. As I always say in my yoga classes: ‘something created you…..’

Even if you don’t believe in God

– or anything else –

fact is that you’re here

and something is responsible

for your creation.

Your crown chakra is connected with that what made you. What made you, dwells through you as you, and it is immensely powerful. It came from the stars.

In this meditation I ask of you to open your crown chakra so you allow the flow of energy to go up and down through you. Remember that you are responsible for your moment. You are never a victim of this moment, only if you choose to.

So let’s meditate now together and connect with this immortal, everlasting energy.
