I cannot believe today is LIVE STREAM meditation number 47.
I remember seven weeks ago I really wanted to contribute to mental health during these uncertain times. The corona crisis have created depressive thoughts, sleepless nights and anxiety.
Social distancing has had a massive impact.
Now it’s time to disconnect these live stream meditations from this crisis, therefore I’ve decided to show up twice a week – on Wednesday & Saturday 8am CET – on my YouTube channel for more meditations.
If there’s always a common thread in my meditations its that I believe union is the key to (inner)peace and happiness. The language of separation is ignited by fear & attack, and that is just not an option for me.
Together we are strong.
We need to unite.
Love,
compassion & tolerance
are the way
to do that.
