When I started meditation I wasn’t so fond of the focus point meditation, where you train your ‘wild’ brain to stay focused on either your breath, a mantra or an object.
After awhile in the meditation adventure I started to become creative. Music was a beautiful tool what ignited my imagination.
I started to fly through a world where anything was possible and like in a movie I learned from each meditation.
Today I want to guide you through one of my – what I call – trip meditations. I was on the commute from my work at the time. I was listening to Spotify and when the song ‘No more I love you’s’ from Annie Lennox came on the trip began, and what I learned was amazing.
This moment made me realise how blessed I am with every memory, so instead of judging some versions of me of the past I needed to be grateful for them, because they make me who I am in the present moment.
